At first look, I was very pleased with this clip. When tested, it held my fine hair well without snagging, it's very pretty and has a unique, spring-free mechanism. However, upon a closer examination, this one is 'seconds' quality and should have been snagged by quality control - one side of the clip has a big, rough crackling of the glaze all along the inside, almost as if someone grabbed it before the material cooled. For almost $15 I expected to receive a perfect item, not a reject. Amazon, please note this is the third such low quality item you've sent me in two months; in NOT happy.Love this clip! They are beautiful and well made.It was smaller than I thought and it was broken when it arrived.Unfortunately, it broke as soon as I tried to use it...Wonderful strong closure, longish teeth. I bought two others by Camila on ebay from B Brush Company and they aren't the same. Spend a few dollars more and get better quality on Amazon.
