I got the black suede. They are well made. Nice room in the toe area. Easy enough to get on with the zipper. The top is a little floppy but that is the style. The sole is rubber and is padded on the inside. For me, they will be used for casual more so than dress up.I haven't worn these yet, but as soon as I opened the box I was pleased. They look really lovely. Only disappointment was that they are a very firm fit. If you usually take a size 8 (as I do), I would go to an 81/2. This is with thin socks on, they are a squeeze to get into and very firm along the sizes (narrow) but not uncomfortable (although I haven't walked in them!). Although tight up the sides, there's plenty of toe room in my size 8. Would be interesting to know how the 81/2 would fit me, but not sending these all the way back to the States to change them! They look very well made and the inside heel cushion feels like it has gel in it. I would order these again in another colour. And Amazon delivered incredibly fast from USA to NZ. They were expected on 4 July, but have arrived 24 June!These boots were comfortable as soon as I put them on. No break in required. I own many pairs of boots both, low and high and these are the most comfortable. I found they run true to size unless you have a wide foot. I ordered both a 7.5 and an 8. The 8 was too loose and my heel slipped with every step.I have worn them with casual dresses, leggings, and skinny jeans and they can be dressed up or down.I will caution that they are not as brown as they look on line. They are a rather neutral taupe that blend well with many colors.I have no regrets buying these.I like the boot, I could've went with an 8.5, I got a size 9, it's a little loose, with thicker socks it will be fine. I like a looser feel so this is not bad for me. I'm use to moto style boots and they are loose on me. Soo, comfy. Would definitely buy again. I adjusted the top strap so they fit closer to the leg, it is adjustable so that you know. You can tuck in pants in the winter and wear with crop pants in the summer. They are very warm so def. more of a winter boot but whatever floats your boat. If you get cold feet in the summer these will warm you up. Awesome boot. No complaints. Shipping was fine too. A+They are so comfortable I wear them almost every day! They are very cute. I mostly wear them with skinny jeans and some dresses. There is plenty of wiggle room for my toes. If they get dirty, I just wipe them off with a barely damp cloth, and they look great. I used to buy shoes for looks, no matter what they felt like, Now I buy for comfort. I hit the jackpot here. I got great looking boots with comfort that's unbeatable. I love them so much I already ordered another pair in a different color. Don't hesitate. If you don't like them, return them for free.this boot is so cute. i love the neutral color and material. it goes with everything. as soon as it arrives, i slipped the boots on and wore them out the door! i also treated the sole and suede with water repellant so i'm hopeful they'll last long.These are perfect! I'm not a buckle kind of person, and even the buckles work perfectly on this boot - it's not too much at all. These have a lot of padding, the heel gives me a slight lift which is nice. So comfortable and yet so cute. I love these and wish they came in grey. I'd buy another pair for sure.Love the boots...I wear an 11 and the left boot fits a lot bigger than the right...have several pairs if Clark's true to size....will keep and wear thicker sock...little bit clumpy when I walk., but going to try them in the house first.Wore these for 5 minutes, took them off and my ankles were black from the dye. Returned them.The sole has good traction!I loved the boot but it ran big for my feet. I ordered size 5-1/2 ( my usual size) but these were too big.
