It flops over. I had to reinforce it with wire to keep it up.This was not worth $10!!! The crown does not have wire in it to make it stand up! The lace is thin and is held by thick felt, so it is wobbly and folds in places. I needed it for a base and will be embellishing it, so I can fix it, but for the money I shouldn't have had to put in so much work. I will never order again and do not recommend it. I only gave a 2 star because the shape is exactly what I wanted.I love writing reviews where I'm completely satisfied. I purchased this headband to match my Halloween dress. The headband is very well made & comfortable as well. I'm very picky about headbands bc some hurt, especially behind the ears. This one is perfect. It's beautiful as it is but if you wanted to embellish it you could. I LOVE THIS HEADBAND!Really fun and beautiful headpiece. One of the combs kept showing in my hair though, but the other comb was fine.Fit my 5 year old perfectlyPerfect for busy Mom's for Halloween. Can just put this headband on with a black sweater to go Trick o Treating and stands out!My daughter was thrilled, it worked well for her vampire queen Halloween costume and she still wears it around the house for fun
